Biography

Allison Crowley DeMag joined the firm in 1993 and is a partner and director. She has over 26 years of experience working in the Vermont Statehouse. She has successfully represented and promoted client interests in major public policy debates including product stewardship, clean air initiatives, transportation issues, and regulation of health professionals, among others.

Allison is a seventh-generation Vermonter. She attended Burlington schools, graduated from Champlain College, and is a recipient of Champlain's Robert A. Skiff Alumni Leadership award. She also has worked as a licensed life and health insurance agent in Vermont. Allison began her political career as an intern for U.S. Sen. Patrick Leahy. In 2018 she was appointed by Gov. Phil Scott to serve on the State Police Advisory Commission.
