My client portfolio (and professional interests) require close working relationships with members of the Virginia General Assembly who serve on education, health, judiciary, and appropriations committees. I also regularly consult with and attend executive branch agencies and meetings for health professions regulation, Medicaid, behavioral health and substance use disorder, and education.

Biography

A native of Pennsylvania, I have lived in Virginia for over 50 years. I hold a baccalaureate degree (cum laude) and a master's degree in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, a master's in public health from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a doctorate in higher education administration from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.
